Yes, you are free to use any catering company of your choice. Or feel free to bring in your own food.

How long do I have access to the rental space?

The rental is yours from 8:00 A.M. to 11:00 P.M. on the day of your event. If you need extra time for set-up or clean-up, we charge $100.00 an hour outside of your event date.

Yes, we have black table clothes that are free for your use.

How many people can your space hold?

We have seating for 150, but the space can comfortably fit up to 200 people.

Who is responsible for setting up for an event?

Renters are responsible for setting up before their event, as well as cleaning up after the event is over.

What is the cleaning policy?

We require a cleaning deposit of $100.00. Provided all messes are cleaned up, trash has been taken out, and you have left the space as you found it, the deposit should be returned to you by the end of the night.

Yes, the TVs can sync and display any form of media you would like. To ensure the set-up goes smoothly for your event, we will set up a time to meet with you before your event to go over the process.
